Inspiration for your Broken Circles Quilt from our Testers

Be inspired to make your own Broken Circles Quilt

Hi quilters!

In this post I will be sharing the beautiful versions made by testers from my newest pattern release, the Broken Circles Quilt :) The testers, based in very different countries from Spain and the UK to the US, Australia or Germany, worked on one block and sent me back their feedback. I hope you will be as inspired as I was!

Samples made by testers

Adriana, a lovely sewist based in Spain, made this beautiful version of the block using lots of different scraps and mixing prints with solids. Love how the colour palette blends so well among the pieces.

Amelia lives in the UK and is an amazing maker. She went to town and created a gorgeous cushion using the Broken Circles block. How nice is it? And look at the quilting design she used. Love it! And what about her super doggie?

Lisa is based in Germany and she decided to create a whole quilt using the baby size for her friend. The fabric she chose are so sweet and perfect for a crib blanket. She also added some panels around the quilt top as she wanted the quilt to be bigger. You can also of course go for the other two sizes available on this pattern.

Rhona loves quilting and just crafting in general. She used some of her scraps and I love how the flowery print fabric changes the design and gives it another dimmension.

Tessa, another maker based in the UK, gave some amazing and super detailed feedback on the instructions which I am so grateful for. She also used scraps with different prints and that worked so well together in all these differents shades of pink and off-white.

Deirdre is a lovely, sweet maker based in Canada. She decided to create a little hanging using the block and I love how suit it turned out. She went for different shades of blue and white, incorporating a print as well.

Last but not least, dressmaker and knitter Michelle went for another blue combination, throwing in some subtle prints. I love how these make a block or a quilt look so different!
