Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We aim to ship your order within 1-3 working days after your payment has gone through. We will send you an email to confirm the reception of your order and an invoice from Paypal, as well as an email when your parcel has been dispatched so that you can get an idea of when it will arrive. Regarding postage prices, we use Royal Mail on a daily basis. Any mayor update or change on the pricing will be announce on the different social media profiles.

 

Fabrics: UK rate (including Channel Islands): £1.30 per fat quarter. If more than one fat quarter is purchased, an amount of £0.24 will be included per extra item.

Printed sewing patterns: UK rate (including Channel Islands): £1.30 per pattern. If more than one pattern is purchased, an amount of £1.30 will be included per extra pattern.

Ready-to-wear: UK rate (including Channel Islands): £3.40 per garment.

*All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class (not tracked) postal services, which takes 1-3 working days to arrive to the destination. If you wish to use a different class, contact us and will work the price out for you.

 

Fabrics: International rate: £3.80 per fat quarter. If more than one fat quarter is purchased, an amount of £0.59 will be included per extra item.

Printed sewing patterns:

Europe (including Channel Islands): £3.80 per pattern. If more than one pattern is purchased, an amount of £1.50 will be included per extra pattern.

Elsewhere: £5.50 per pattern. If more than one pattern is purchased, an amount of £2 will be included per extra pattern.

Ready-to-wear:

Europe (including Channel Islands) and elsewhere: £5.50 per garment.

*All International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard (not tracked) postal services, which takes 3-5 working days to arrive to the destination within the European Union. If you wish to use a different class, contact us and we will work the price out for you.

For International orders outside the European Union orders will be also sent via Royal Mail International Standard (not tracked) postal services, which takes 5-7 working days to arrive to the destination. If you wish to use a different class, contact us and we will work the price out for you.

Lost or damaged parcels: At CocoWawa we cannot be held responsible for any damaged occurred during transit or for lost parcels using unrecorded delivery options such as Second Class or International Standard postal services. If you wish to receive your order by recorded delivery, contact us and we will work the price out for you.

 

Returns

We try to give you as many details as possible and accurate images for all of our products. Therefore, cut fabric can’t be returned unless faulty. We will reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning original damaged merchandise (not done during transit), and will send replacement merchandise at no cost.

Printed sewing patterns can’t be returned unless faulty.

Ready-to-wear garments can be returned if problems with size or faulty. Please contact us at the email below.

To make any return please send an email to [email protected] to let us know you want to return the product and we will give you all the information needed.

We also recommend you send any returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Important note

To place an order in our website, you are asked to select an order delivery country. The displayed countries to select are the ones where we deliver. This allow us to display available shipping methods and calculate the correct delivery charges. You acknowledge and agree that failing to provide the delivery country, including but not limited to enter a delivery country different than the one provided to Paypal as a shipping address, an empty country or a country where we do not deliver, may result on having to change your order or cancelling your order when changing is not possible. If this occurs, we won’t be responsible for any charges associated with order changes or order cancellation. For more information please read our Terms of service.
