We use a third-party service, we redirect you to Paypal, in order for you to pay for the products you want to buy from our store. We do not collect or store any credit/debit card information or any other payment instrument used for making Paypal transactions neither we store any other personal identifiable information unless we are required to investigate Paypal transaction failures that are affecting customer orders or how customers interact with our website.
If a transaction failure occurs and Paypal is unable to identify the issue through their own systems neither we can identify the issue through Paypal dashboards, we might need to temporarily activate certain login capabilities that might contain personal identifiable information coming from Paypal transactions, like email address, name, surname, or billing country. Storing and collecting data on those situations is transient and once investigation is finished, all the data will be erased and login capabilities will be turned off.

Once a Paypal transaction is successful, we will temporary store your email address encrypted with the solely purpose of confirming you via email the reception of your order. Once confirmation of your order is sent, we will automatically erase your encrypted email address.

Google Analytics:
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer to help the website analyse how visitors use the site. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. The collection and storage of personal information such as first name, last name and email address for email marketing purposes will be transmitted and stored by Mailchimp, a third-party service. We do not store any of your personal information collected through any of the email marketing tools installed in our website. Posting comments:
We provide the ability to post comments. For this, we offer the possibility to provide a name to recognize the comment. This is done in order to give website users a better experience. We do not request neither require users to enter any personal identifiable information, which can turn the name into sensitive personal identifiable information. We will not associate the entered name with any other user personal identifiable information, if any, in our system. We do not validate whether the comment contains any other personal identifiable information neither we are responsible if the person that entered the comment disclosed any other personal identifiable information as part of the name or comment content (i.e email address, phone number, house address, etc). You acknowledge and agree that the name and comment entered will be displayed on the site automatically, making it public available information.
